By proceeding with your application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
By joining Referral Bridge LLC as a mortgage broker, you agree to use our platform exclusively for legitimate business purposes in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as industry standards and regulations.
You acknowledge that Referral Bridge LLC operates as a marketing and networking platform that connects mortgage brokers with pre-qualified leads from our network of real estate agents.
As a mortgage broker member, you will receive exclusive access to leads generated through our platform. These leads are shared exclusively with you and a maximum of two other qualified brokers based on our matching algorithm.
You expressly agree that you WILL NOT:
You must respond to all leads within 4 business hours during normal business days and within 24 hours for leads received on weekends or holidays. Failure to respond promptly may result in lead reassignment and potential suspension of lead access.
You represent and warrant that you maintain valid and current mortgage broker licenses in all states where you will conduct business, and that all information provided in your application is accurate and up-to-date.
You are responsible for maintaining and renewing all required licenses and staying current with continuing education requirements. Referral Bridge LLC is not responsible for any consequences arising from expired, suspended, or revoked licenses.
We reserve the right to periodically verify your license status and compliance with industry regulations. Failure to maintain valid licenses may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You acknowledge and agree that Referral Bridge LLC may facilitate networking opportunities with wholesale lenders for marketing purposes. You have the right to opt out of such communications while maintaining full platform access.
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to being featured in marketing materials, case studies, and success stories (with your prior written consent for specific instances). You may opt out of marketing participation at any time.
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize automatic billing of subscription fees to your designated payment method.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice.
Referral Bridge LLC provides leads and networking opportunities but does not guarantee loan approvals, closing rates, or client satisfaction. You acknowledge that all lending decisions and outcomes are your sole responsibility.
Referral Bridge LLC's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Referral Bridge LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical conduct.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where Referral Bridge LLC is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Referral Bridge LLC reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
