By joining Referral Bridge LLC as a real estate agent, you agree to use our platform exclusively for legitimate business purposes in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as real estate licensing and ethical standards.
You acknowledge that Referral Bridge LLC operates as a platform that connects real estate agents with qualified mortgage brokers to provide better service to mutual clients.
As a real estate agent member, you may send client matching forms to your clients to help them find suitable mortgage brokers. These forms are designed to match clients with the most appropriate mortgage professionals based on their needs.
You agree to only send client matching forms to clients who have provided explicit consent. You must respect client privacy and only share client information through our secure platform systems.
Clients who complete the matching form will receive information about up to three matched mortgage brokers. You acknowledge that the matching is based on objective criteria and algorithm-based recommendations.
You represent and warrant that you maintain a valid and current real estate license in the state(s) where you conduct business, and that all information provided in your application is accurate and up-to-date.
You are solely responsible for:
Referral Bridge LLC is not responsible for any consequences arising from expired, suspended, or revoked licenses.
You agree to maintain the highest ethical standards in your real estate practice and to comply with all applicable Realtor® Code of Ethics and state regulations.
You acknowledge that your primary responsibility is to serve your clients' best interests. The platform is designed to enhance your ability to provide quality service by connecting your clients with qualified mortgage professionals.
You agree to comply with all applicable disclosure requirements regarding referrals and potential conflicts of interest. You must inform clients about the matching process and any relationships with selected mortgage brokers.
Clients have the ultimate choice in selecting their mortgage broker. You agree not to unduly influence their decision and to respect their choice of mortgage professional from the provided matches.
You agree to protect all client information and to use it only for legitimate business purposes related to the real estate transaction. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that the platform tracks usage metrics including forms sent, client matches, and successful closings for quality assurance and platform improvement purposes.
Real estate agents may use the platform on a free or subscription basis as determined by Referral Bridge LLC. Any applicable fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Referral Bridge LLC provides a matching platform but does not guarantee client satisfaction, loan approvals, or successful transactions. You acknowledge that all real estate transactions and outcomes are your sole responsibility.
Referral Bridge LLC's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Referral Bridge LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for any unethical conduct that could damage the platform's reputation.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where Referral Bridge LLC is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Referral Bridge LLC reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
