Meet the Founder
Dylan Moser created Referral Bridge after purchasing his first home and experiencing the mortgage process firsthand.
Navigating a 203(k) FHA loan—with its HUD consultants, contractors, obstacles including arbitration, and endless details—Dylan saw how critical attention to detail truly was. He also witnessed something telling: when the listing agent called out his mortgage broker frustrated with senseless delays, and threatened to put the house back on the market, suddenly the loan process accelerated. It shouldn't take a nudge to get professional service.
With a mother who has been a real estate agent for over 30 years, Dylan grew up understanding the preferred lender system and its limitations. He saw how clients were often matched based on convenience rather than compatibility—and he knew there had to be a better way.
